A search on Google led us to a news story in which the full video was attached.

In the story by Burkina24, the video was all about the presentation meeting of the Military and Paramilitary Savings and Credit Cooperative (COMIPEC) of Burkina Faso on May 17, 2024.

The meeting was chaired by the President of the Transition, Head of State, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Captain Ibrahim Traore.

According to Communications Department of the Presidency of Faso, scheduled to be operational in 2025, the Military and Paramilitary Savings and Credit Cooperative is an initiative of the Head of State, which aims to offer innovative financial and non-financial services to the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) for their full development.
