It was a video of protest which took place in Nairobi, Kenya in early July.

An X user named Daniel Ojiakor has posted a video of security operatives running away from angry protesters into their vehicle.
Captioning the video, the X user wrote, “BREAKING
Nigerian Army becomes very professional overnight, learns to pack up and run when some northern protesters began stoning them.
“How I wish they had this professionalism at Nkpor when they shot dead 150 pro-Biafran protesters in 2016.
This post by Daniel Ojiakor garnered over 26k views on X, with many persons believing that the incident actually occurred in Nigeria.
Nigeria Army is currently trending on X after a soldier shot and killed 16 years old boy in Kaduna.
Confirming the incident, the Nigeria Army in a statement, said the solder has been detained for further investigation.
Nigerians have been protesting against bad governance and hardship since August 1.
Verification
When we subjected the key frames from video to a Google image reverse search, results showed the video was first posted online in July by Motorists Association of Kenya on Facebook.
The Facebook page posted the video on July 4th and wrote, “Protest against bad governance at Emali Along Nairobi Mombasa Highway earlier today.
Also, a YouTube channel, Brain Mogaka posted the same video on July 17( three weeks ago).
Conclusion
The X user, Daniel Ojiakor recirculated a video of protest in Kenya last month, to claim Nigeria soldiers are running from protesters.
