This claim is MISLEADING. A thorough investigation showed that this video was from October 2024 when Iran fired over 200 missiles into Israel’s Tel Aviv in response to the killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said Friday that missiles have been launched from Iran in retaliation after Israel’s strikes.
On Thursday, Israel conducted an unprecedented series of strikes against military sites, nuclear facilities, and senior leaders across Iran.
The beginning of the Iranian counterattack, called “Operation True Promise III,” was also reported by the country’s official Islamic Republic News Agency, which called on citizens to remain calm and follow public guidance. The attack was said to involve hundreds of ballistic missiles.
Regarding this, an X platform influencer, @jacksonhinkle, posted a video showing massive missiles flying up at buildings and claimed it was a current ongoing counterattack by Iran against Israel in Tel Aviv.
The influencer shared the video with a caption that reads, “Iran is NOT playing games anymore.
As of June 13, the post has already generated over 170k views and more than a thousand reposts.
Verification
It can be confirmed by reputable international news organizations that Iran launched retaliatory attacks at Israel on Friday evening. However, a thorough investigation showed that this video was from October 2024 when Iran fired over 200 missiles into Israel’s Tel Aviv in response to the killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.

Corroborating this further, Iranian media carried online footage of what they said were missiles being fired, which the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said were targeting “three military bases” around Tel Aviv and other bases in October 2024.
This was in response to the killing of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah last week as well as that of the Hamas leader last year.
